First Consultation

 

Our first meeting will be a meet and greet set up at the location of your desire. This is a complimentary meeting to focus on getting to know each other, finding out goals, and developing a working relationship. 

 

Prenatal/Surgical Support

Let me help take some of your stresses away while you are on bed rest or recovering from surgery to ensure a more enjoyable experience. 

Services include:

• Light Housekeeping

• Light Cooking/Meal Preparation

• Care for siblings in the home

• Running Errands

• Companionship (need someone to talk to?)

 

 

Birth/Labor Support

Not sure how to navigate your pregnancy, appointments, or changes? Are you a vet at this but just need a reassuring hand? Birth and Labor support is tailored to your needs and family as you grow. 

Services include:

• On Call Support leading up to your due date

• Prenatal Visits to prepare and get to know each other

• Doula Services during your labor and delivey

 

Postpartum Support

Support for mom, partner, and children as needed! As your families needs change daily, I will be there to help take the stress away from everyone. 

Services include:

• Emotional support for mother and family members in the home.

• Basic breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding support

• New Baby care 

• Light Housekeeping

• LIght cooking/Meal Preparation 

• Care for siblings in the home

• Running Errands

 

Phone & Email Support 

I'm avaliable by phone, email, text, or facebook prior to your birth from 6am-11pm, and at 37 weeks pregnant I will be on call and available 24/7.

 

 

Prenatal Visits 

We will meet a minimum of two times before the baby is born (changes can be made based on due date or preferences). Each meeting will be different and help us build a relationship and prepare for your birth.

 

Birth Doula Package- $850

Postpartum Doula Services- $20/hour

Placenta Encapsulation- $250

 

Military family members will receive a $50 discount
